ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON HOSTINGS

Is maintenance included? In some hostings the maintenance of the stored machines is of course included, although you should ask us which one.

Is repair included? As long as the machine generates a fault/error that is not related to maintenance, but to the machine itself, it will be billed separately from the hosting fee.

Who will fix my machine? If the estimate is feasible, we will have technicians at the hosting, if for any reason the machine cannot be fixed at that location, the customer will be informed and will have to pay the transport costs.

Can we see our machines? Yes, of course, you can ask us for a video or status report of your machine, this process can take 48 to 72 hours, as long as it is within working hours and does not interrupt any holidays.
